Spot prawn season only lasts a month here in Vancouver.  You can buy the little bugs straight off the dock and they are taaasty.  Thanks Newt and Thu for a delicious meal!

The cement factory and Sawyer's new cut

These pics of our visit to the cement factory's open house on Granville Island aren't that great, but since this blog is also my little diary I thought I'd post them to remember what we did on a rainy Saturday in April of 2012.  Sawyer also got his hair cut that day.  The lady went a bit crazy and I'm sure hoping his curls will grow back.

It's starting to look like spring around here.  The blossoms on all the trees are amazing...Jer's allergies don't think so though.
