My mom and Karen have been visiting the past few days. We went to tea at the Fairmont to celebrate my mom's 60th and Molly loved it once again. Ham & cheese croissants, pink cupcakes and bubble gum tea...yum! We also made it to Stanley Park to check out the geese in the rain.

Leaves
I can't get enough of the fall colors around here and the kids enjoyed playing in all the leaves, too. I'm trying not to think about the fact that winter is coming after this gorgeous fall...I'll deal with it when it gets here. :)

A visit from the Demmin's
There's been a lot of excitement around here the past few days with the Demmin's in town. We toured around the city a bit, ate a lot, and played even more. It'll take days to sort through the hundreds of pics from David, the master photographer, but here are a few to start with. We are so thankful for your visit and even more thankful for your friendship!

Jumping Jellybean
One of the things we've signed up for here is a little gymnastics class for Molly...Jumping Jellybeans. It's an understatement to say she loves it. We all went this week and Sawyer likes crawling around on all the mats, too (sidenote, he's finally started to crawl at almost 11 months and 2 bottom teeth just showed up...way to go, little buddy).

And we just happened to be in SB to celebrate with her at her party. A fun garden party with lots of little friends.

Mr. & Mrs. Helvey
We went back to Santa Barbara a couple weeks ago to celebrate the marriage of Ben and Michelle. It was a beautiful wedding and an amazing weekend celebrating the 2 of them. Karen, the kids, and I enjoyed a day at the Biltmore pool while Jer was off doing his best man duties. Fun to finally be on the inside of that glass after walking down to Hammonds so many times just outside on the beach!
